guys…it’s been almost 3 weeks since I quit soda. This tuesday will be the official 3 week marker.
I’ve had one here and there still, but it’s down to like, 1 every 1 1/2 weeks, compared to 2-3 a day.
I’m drinking way more water, juice and tea. namely tea.
But I’m just, really proud of myself. I use to drink a lot of soda, to the point where I could have one right before bed, and be unaffected by it.
I know this will seem trivial and stupid to most of you, but to me, this is huge.
